Parochial Schools can greatly benefit from partnering with the Career Analysis Organization of America (CAOA) by expanding opportunities for both students and staff. Internship programs connect students with real-world work experiences, helping them apply classroom learning and build practical skills. A dedicated career exploration class gives students structured guidance in discovering their interests and planning future pathways. Staff training equips educators with the tools and insights needed to better support student career readiness. Additionally, workbooks provide structured, hands-on resources that reinforce learning through Scripture and help students actively engage in career planning.

Importantly, the opportunity to continue guiding and connecting with young people does not end when they complete CCD. After CCD, it can be challenging to maintain a meaningful connection with youth as they enter their teenage years and navigate some of the most formative years of their lives. This is why CAOA's BEYOND CCD program is so important. BEYOND CCD provides an intentional pathway for continued engagement, mentorship, and guidance, helping teens carry the foundation they received through CCD into the challenges and decisions they face during adolescence.
